These are some of our major policies regarding weddings that can be found in the agreement but are worth noting in advance...

• No travel charges within 1 hour drive of Sacramento
• To reserve the event date, Artographer requires completion of an agreement with a reservation payment of 50% (percent) for all Optional and Standard Services.
• The remaining balance must be received by Artographer no later than 30 days before the event date.
• Payment is accepted by personal check or through PayPal.com with a major credit card.
• Failure to make a payment may result in cancellation of the agreement and loss of any funds paid to date.
• We do require that Artographer is the exclusive photographer of your wedding.
• We do provide you an electronic copy of all images and shared copyright, noting that Artographer owns shared copyrights on those images for use in self-promotion.
• No refunds are given for postponements. Letting us know up to 3 months in advance, we will simply apply any payments to the new date. Notifying us less than 3 months before the event, we will only apply 50% of payments to the new date, with the remaining 50% forfeited, with unpaid balances due as normal.
• Artographer does ask that a mean be provided for the photographer at the event.
• When your wedding is 2 hours or more away from Sacramento, CA, we require you provide lodging.
